Charter Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with over 15 years industry experience, including working for public, charitable and private sectors, established organisations and start-up companies. I have a flexible and friendly approach and I understand what it takes to run your own business. I can support small to medium organisations with all their employee relations issues, HR casework, policy development and training. I can also support larger organisations where an external, impartial third party may be beneficial to conduct investigations or chair hearings.

In addition, I am an ACAS certified Internal Workplace Mediator with significant experience supporting positive resolutions to complex and challenging workplace relationship issues. Confidentiality, sensitivity and respect are at the heart of all my professional interactions.
